This is a hidden place at the basement of Uma Uma Ramen Restaurant @Forum.
Beside the reception of Uma Uma there is a curtain, behind the curtain there is a staircase. It leads you to the bar in the basement.
They have many different Sake and cocktails nice but expensive.
